Umami Family Office is registered in the Single Register of Insurance, Banking, and Finance Intermediaries(www.orias.fr) under number 25000549, in the following capacities:

• Financial Investment Advisor (CIF), authorized to provide non-independent investment advice in accordance with Article 325-5 of the General Regulation of the French Financial Markets Authority (RGAMF). It is registered with the National Association of Financial Advisors (ANACOFI-CIF), an association accredited by the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF) (17 Place de la Bourse, 75082 Paris Cedex 02, www.amf-france.org).

• Insurance Broker (COA), providing Level 2 advisory services (assessing the suitability of financial products by comparing multiple contracts or options within a contract). It falls under Category "B" (not subject to an exclusive contractual obligation to work with specific insurance companies) and operates under the supervision of the French Prudential Supervision and Resolution Authority (ACPR) (4, Place de Budapest, 75436 Paris Cedex 09)  – https://acpr.banque-france.fr).

• Broker in Banking Transactions and Payment Services (COBSP), not bound by an exclusive contractual obligation with one or more service providers, authorized to provide independent advisory services, and supervised by the French Prudential Supervision and Resolution Authority (ACPR) (4, Place de Budapest, 75436 Paris Cedex 09 – https://acpr.banque-france.fr).

Umami Family Office is also a member of the professional association ANACOFI-COURTAGE, which is accredited by the ACPR.

In compliance with legal requirements and the ANACOFI Code of Conduct, Umami Family Office holds professional liability insurance and a financial guarantee with Zurich Insurance Europe AG, located at 112 Avenue de Wagram, 75017 Paris, France.

Umami Family Office is remunerated exclusively through fees, invoiced based on subscription plans tailored to the level of services provided.

Additionally, Umami Family Office may receive retrocession fees from partnerships with asset managers, insurance companies, investment banks, and other specialized service providers.

Umami Family Office has established a conflict of interest management policy and implemented specific organizational, procedural, and control measures. These provisions aim to prevent, identify, and manage conflicts of interest that could potentially harm the interests of its clients.

Umami Family Office will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within ten days and will provide a response within two months from the date of its emission.
